Investing in your new smile is an important decision. That is why we offer affordable orthodontic treatment for braces and clear aligners - to make your decision easier for you!

This includes providing free initial consultations, no hidden costs, flexible payment plans and 0% interest-free financing*.

Our consultation fees

A full clinical assessment with one of our Specialist Orthodontists costs £160. This cost will be deducted from the overall cost of your treatment should you choose to begin. All treatment is undertaken on a private patient basis only; no NHS treatment is available in the practice.

Our fees include:

  • Full Orthodontic Consultation (£160) at either of our practices located in Mill Hill, Barnet or Harley Street, London
  • Comprehensive cost of all orthodontic treatment
  • All Radiographs, intraoral scan and clinical photographs during treatment (£300)
  • Radiographic Report
  • All necessary appliances and removable retainers
  • Orthodontic Fixed retainers as required (£285/arch)
  • Orthodontic Removable retainers as required (£135/arch)
  • Technical Laboratory Costs
  • Instruction in appliance care, oral hygiene and dietary advice
  • One free Vitis aftercare kit (usual RRP £25.00)
  • All adjustments to the appliances and professional care
  • Supervision of retention for up to 12 months after the appliances have been removed
  • Any unforeseen additional visits should the need arise
  • The repair of broken or damaged appliances within the retention period
  • Technical laboratory costs and shipping/courier charges
  • All correspondence and telephone calls

  • Work carried out by another dental practitioner
  • Supervision of Retainers beyond 12 months (subsequent retainer appointments are £95)
  • The replacement of lost or irreparably damaged removable retainers (£135/arch)
  • The time wasted by appointments missed without prior cancellation
  • Out of surgery hours call out
