What constitutes a Complex Case?
In complex cases where treatment involves other specialists, additional fees may apply from those providers. Examples include:
• Oral and maxillofacial surgeons
• Oral surgeons
• Periodontists
• Prosthodontists
• Anaesthetists
• Private hospital or surgical facility fees
If you have private health insurance, some aspects of your treatment may be covered depending on your policy. We accept payment from all major health insurers, and our team can help guide you through the process.
For patients who are self-funding their care, we can also help coordinate customised finance options through a third-party healthcare finance provider, including where treatment involves multiple specialists.
Our aim is to ensure that you have clear information and transparency about treatment and costs, so you can plan your care with confidence.
A full clinical assessment with one of our Specialist Orthodontists in Mill Hill or Wimpole Street costs £95 - leave with a clear plan, options, and a written quote.
All treatment is undertaken on a private patient basis only, no NHS treatment is available in the practice.
0% interest finance
Here at Origin Orthodontics, we understand that orthodontic treatment is an investment – both of time and money. But we don’t want anyone to miss out on their dream smile because they can’t afford it. That’s why we offer flexible finance options to our patients.
When you come in for your free consultation, our Treatment Coordinator can speak with you about the finance options and payment plans we have available. We will work with you to tailor a finance plan that suits your requirements.
Flexible payment options
We ask for a 25% deposit prior to the start of treatment, with the option to spread the remaining balance over a 24 month interest free payment plan.
For extended payment options, we offer 36-60 months finance at 9.9% APR with a 25% deposit. Both options are available through Tabeo Finance and subject to soft credit search approval.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay in full before starting your orthodontic treatment.
